The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity and fairness in the management of school fees and financial matters, while maintaining the financial sustainability of El Saadi College.

El Saadi College is committed to:

  • Charging school fees fairly and transparently

  • Collecting fees in a timely manner

  • Maintaining accurate financial records

  • Ensuring accountability in all financial transactions

  1. Fee Structure

School fees will be reviewed annually and communicated to parents before the start of the academic year.

  • Fees include tuition, learning materials, snacks, and other school-related services as specified.

  • Additional charges may apply for special activities, events, or excursions, and will be communicated in advance.

  1. Payment Terms

Fees are payable according to the schedule agreed upon at registration (monthly/termly/yearly).

  • Payments should be made by the due date via bank transfer, cash, or approved payment method.

  • Receipts will be issued for all payments received.

  1. Late Payment
  • A reminder will be issued for overdue fees.

  • Persistent non-payment may result in:

  • Restricted access to certain activities or services

  • Meetings with school management to discuss payment plans

  • Referral to appropriate legal channels if necessary

  1. Refunds and Withdrawals
  • Fees are non-refundable unless a learner withdraws due to relocation or other valid reasons approved by management.

  • Written notice of at least one month is required for withdrawal.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after approval by management.

  1. Financial Transparency
  • Accurate records of all income and expenditure will be maintained.

  • Annual financial statements may be prepared for review by the Management Committee.

  • Parents may request clarification on fees or financial matters from the finance office.

Parents/Guardians:

  • Pay fees on time

  • Communicate promptly if experiencing financial difficulty

  • Abide by the school’s fee policies

School Management:

  • Ensure transparency and accountability

  • Provide receipts and statements as required

  • Handle financial queries professionally
